Acknowledgement and Initial Contact

Once you have completed the online application, you will receive notification by email. Qualified candidates selected for an interview will be contacted by phone or email by a representative in our Human Resources Department and we will schedule a formal interview to commence the recruitment process. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

Interview Process

A representative from Human Resources, who will have spoken with you over the phone, will inform you about the next step in the selection process. Generally, candidates are invited for face-to-face interviews. To accommodate candidates living outside of Newfoundland and Labrador, interviews will be conducted via telephone conference.

Decision

Recruiting a new employee is an important and sometimes lengthy process. Your best point of contact regarding the status of your application is always the recruiter from your’ initial interview. Once a decision has been made, the successful candidate will be notified. Candidates not retained for a specific position are encouraged to check our website regularly and apply on future openings.
